Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D

A geophysics professor whose brother disappeared ten years earlier travels all the way to Iceland with his nephew to investigate his findings and discovers a pre-historic world surviving inside the center of the Earth. Amiable special-effects spectacular loosely based on the Jules Verne book, designed primarily as a showcase for the possibilities of digital 3D projection; an agreeable, if forgettable, thrill ride, expertly presented.
