In 1946 China, the tomb of the cursed Dragon Emperor is found, and the O'Connell family steps in to stop the ressuscitated Emperor from taking over the world.Banal, non-descript action spectacular done with an eye towards the lucrative Asian market; none of the Mummy films was much good but this listless caper is the worst yet.
