The life and times of Italian-American clarinetist Tony Scott, an acclaimed jazz musician in the New York of the 1950s who died in penury in Italy. Sympathetic but overlong documentary about an undeservingly forgotten musician that ends up being far too much of a “talking-head” television piece than it means to be; for jazz connoisseurs only.

A Regione Siciliana presentation, in collaboration with Sicilia Film Commission, of a Cinico Cinema/RAI Cinema presentation/production.
Screened: Estoril Film Festival 2010 advance DVD screener, Lisbon, November 3rd 2010.
